When you write for anything digital, you have to be clear, concise and engaging. In today’s fast-paced world, where users are generally time-poor but incredibly task-focussed, you need to get your message across immediately. Every word, every sentence must fight for its life; must justify its inclusion on the screen.

And the grammar of the web is search engine optimisation (SEO). Applying clear, concise messaging in a scannable format ensures your digital content is findable, desirable and shareable.
